2nd European Online Team Championship ended during the last days of 2014. Being a brand of world backgammon, Denmark won the 9 tour-tournament with Latvia and Germany ranking second and third respectively.
Led by Cüneyt Argun Genç, the Turkish team with Erhan Yenişen, Ali Çetin Belene, Sabri Büyüksoy and Feza Diyarbekir got the fourth place.
This result showed that backgammon is rising in Turkey and also payed back a small group of players respect for their consistent backgammon studies and efforts. We would like to congratulate our team and wishing success in further team tournaments.
