Turnuvaya kayıtlar 30.04.2017 tarihine kadar EBIF web sitesindeki kayıt formu ile mümkündür. Eğer halen ebif üyesi iseniz giriş yapınız. “Kayıt” – “Turkish Online Backgammon Championship 2017” seçiniz. Lütfen başvuru formunu tamamen ve doğru olarak doldurunuz. EBIF hesabınız randevulaşma (çizelgeleme), maç sonucu raporlama ve sonuçları kontrol için kullanılacaktır. Eğer bir EBIF hesabınız yoksa, www.ebif.at adresinden turnuvaya kayıt olarak otomatik EBIF hesabı alacaksınız.

Katılım ücreti 25 Euro‘dur.

Maçlar online (internet üzerinden) olarak EBIF Tiger sunucusunda oynanacaktır. Eğer EBIF Tiger hesabınız yoksa ebif@gmx.at adresine mail atarak başvurunuz: Adınızı, lakabınızı (nickname) ve e-mail adresinizi belirtin.

Turnuva hakkındaki sorularınızı tot2017@marstavla.com e-mail adresindeki TOT2017 Turnuva Direktörüne veya EBIF Turnuva Direktörüne mail atarak sorunuz.

Turnuva 1 Mayıs 2017’de başlayacaktır. Katılımcı sayısına göre değişmekle birlikte 6 ay sonunda Ekim sonuna kadar tamamlanması hedeflenmiştir.

Turnuva Üçlü Eliminasyon (Triple-KO) formatındadır: Her katılımcı 3 kere yenilip elenene kadar oynar. En az yenilgiye sahip sadece tek bir katılımcı turnuvayı kazanır. Bütün eşleşmelerde 13-sayılık maçlar oynanır. İlk üç turun kuraları aynı anda çekilecek, bu ilk üç maç istenilen sırada oynanabilecektir. Müteakip turlarda eşleşmeler yine kura ile her tur için ayrı ayrı belirlenecektir. Kura çekiminde Hans-Jürgen Werner tarafından yazılmış Swiss sistem turnuva yazılımı kullanılacaktır. Eşitlik-bozucu (tie-breaker) uygulanmayacaktır. Hesaplanan performans derecelerinin (PR) turnuvanın sonucuna etkisi yoktur. Bunlara ek olarak Türkçe olarak İngilizce’den çevrilmiş EBIF kuralları uygulanacaktır.

Turnuva sıralaması için kazanılan maçlar dikkate alınacaktır. Tek tek maçların skorlarının veya performans derecelerinin (PR) sonuca etkisi olmayacaktır.

Maç sonucu EBIF web sitesinden “Giriş” – “EBIF’im” olarak ilerleyip ilgili formu doldurarak EBIF Turnuva Direktörü’ne gönderilir. Maç dosyası iliştirilecektir ve eXtreme Gammon ile değerlendirilmiş sonuçlar yayınlanacaktır.

Anlaşmazlıklarda EBIF ve TOT2017 kuralları uygulanacaktır.

Applications to the tournament are possible from now on till 30.04.2017 by using the registration form at EBIF – login if You are allready ebif member – “registration” – Turkish Online Backgammon Championship 2017. Please fill in the application form completely and exactly. Your EBIF account will be used for scheduling, reporting matches and checking the results. If you don’t have an EBIF account, you get automatic by making the registration for tourney at www.ebif.at.

Participation fee is 25 Euro.

Online matches will be played on the backgammon server EBIF Tiger. If you don’t have an account on EBIF Tiger You apply for an ebif account: Send Name, nickname and email to ebif@gmx.at.

The tournament will start on May 01, 2017. The duration of the tournament is dependent on the number of participants. However, a period of eight months until the end of December 2017 will be targeted.

The tournament will be played in Triple-Ko – mode: Each participant plays until he has either lost 3 times and is therefore eliminated or the only participant with fewer defeats wins the tournament. All pairings are played to 13 points. The draw for the pairings will be made round by round according to the Swiss system tournament software by Hans-Jürgen Werner. A tie-breaker rating does not take place. The calculated performance rate has no influence on the outcome of the tournament. In addition, the english EBIF tournament rules apply.

For the rating of the tournament count the matches won. Both the match points of the individual matches and the performance ratings have no effect on the tournament.

The result of the game is to be reported by using the form on EBIF website – login – “my ebif” to the EBIF Tournament Director. The game reports shall be attached and will be evaluated with eXtreme Gammon and results will be published.

In case of disputes EBIF rules and TOT2017 rules apply.
